The Queer Film Alliance is excited to announce the return of the Out North FIlm Festival - April 12-14, 2024.
We are seeking applications for film lovers who are interested in joining our programming advisory committee. Priority will be given to applications from gender-diverse, queer, black, indigenous, and racialized folks, and youth.

Our Misson
YQFA exists to present film and other Queer art media to Yukon audiences and to encourage the development of such works by Yukoners.
Our Story
Yukon Queer Film Alliance was founded as a not-for-profit society in January 2012, by Fiona Griffin and Debbie Thomas. The original aim of the the organization was to address a gap in Yukon's otherwise vibrant cultural scene.
We host the OUT North festival in the fall and pop-up screenings through out the year. From time to time, we also partner with other organizations on special screenings and events of interest to our respective communities.
