Call for Submissions
YQFA and PRIDE Yukon invite you to film your best drag lip sync performance and share it with us for a chance to win up to $100 in gift cards and a coveted spot within the YQFA drag hall of fame!
Contest Rules
- Open to residents of the Yukon as well as residents of Atlin, Fireside, Lower Post, Pleasant Camp, Fraser, and Jade City.
- All submissions must be 5 minutes, or shorter.
- All entrants must credit the music or audio featured in their videos. Credits can be listed in the video description or in the video itself.
- The use of original music or audio is allowed, but it must be lip synced.
- Any content that promotes or idolizes discrimination, sexism, racism, or harassment will not be judged or included within the competition.
- Submissions must be made by July 31, 2020.

All entrants will be placed into one of two categories - Youth (18yrs of age and under) or Adult (more than 18yrs of age).
Youth will be competing for the following prizes and titles:
Adults will be competing for the following prizes and titles:
You can submit up to 2 videos but you will only be eligible for one prize. Gift cards TBD.
Youth will be competing for the following prizes and titles:
- 1st Place - $100 gift card and the title of Drag Super Star
- 2nd Place - $75 gift card and the title of Drag Champion
- 3rd Place - $50 gift card and the title of Drag Protégé
Adults will be competing for the following prizes and titles:
- 1st Place - $100 gift card and the title of Drag Divinity
- 2nd Place - $75 gift card and the title of Drag Royalty
- 3rd Place - $50 gift card and the title of Drag Celebrity
You can submit up to 2 videos but you will only be eligible for one prize. Gift cards TBD.
How to Submit
Submit an mp4 file of your film to outnorthqff@gmail.com by July 31, 2020. Please identify if you are entering as a Youth or as an Adult. Alternative arrangements can be made for files that are to large to email.
